About You

The assignment was to design and fully implement administrative premises within a logistics center, ensuring they met high demands for daily operation, ergonomics, and acoustic comfort.

The space needed to offer sufficient workstations, meeting rooms, relaxation zones, and kitchenettes, while the interior’s visual design had to reflect the dynamism of the About You brand. A crucial aspect was also to create a strong element that would connect the design with the identity of the fashion e-commerce environment.

We managed the project comprehensively – from the design study, visualizations, and selection of colors and materials, through the implementation project documentation, to final delivery and installation.

We implemented 55 workstations equipped with height-adjustable desks, pedestals, cabinets, and ergonomic chairs. The project also included 7 meeting rooms and complete furnishing of common areas.

We manufactured custom furniture, including locker cabinets, built-in wardrobes, and five kitchenettes. Each kitchenette was delivered with appliances, coffee machines, cups, and saucers – meticulously prepared for daily operation.

The dominant feature of the interior is custom-made special acoustic panels, upholstered with cut denim pieces, which visually reference the brand’s fashion segment. The space is complemented by floral decorations and greenery integrated directly into the furniture elements.

The result is a modern administrative environment that combines clean lines, natural materials, and striking acoustic walls with textile details. The open workspace with separated work zones supports both collaboration and focused work, while the reception and entrance hall appear representative and professional.

The interior of the logistics hub thus offers a fully functional working environment that is timeless, efficient, and clearly connected to the About You brand’s identity.
