The brief was to redesign the reception and entrance area so that it would feel representative while respecting the office’s existing furnishings. It was important to retain functional elements that could be refurbished and complement them with new solutions that support organisation and employee comfort.

The space was to feel clean, professional, and timeless, without the need for extensive construction work.

We delivered the reception upgrade, including material and visual unification of the entrance zone. The project also included refurbishing the existing built-in furniture, extending its service life and naturally integrating it into the new spatial concept.

We added locker cabinets designed to provide practical storage for employees while not disrupting the overall office aesthetic.

The result is a refined entrance area that creates a professional first impression while offering practical solutions for everyday use. Refurbished furniture and new storage elements together form a cohesive and visually balanced interior.
